Donation-based, beginner yoga class taught in English and Spanish catering to moms and babies in our community. Class starts with simple breath-work and meditation, followed by flowing kris and easy asana postures to strengthen the core and release tension in the neck, shoulders, arms, and back. Various accommodations and options are offered to cater to body type, experience, injury, etc. as well as to incorporate your child in whatever way you would like. We end with passive stretching, myofascial release and a relaxing savanana. 60 min.
