A truly all levels class that begins with conscious breathing. Poses and flows are adapted for all ages and bodies and encourage gently developing strength and balance progressively over time. Props like chairs, weights, and blocks are used for adapting to progressive loads to develop resilience in all of our major joints. Class ends with relaxation.

Restorative Nidra

This class provides an opportunity for deep relaxation, inner watching and listening. We begin with a meditative breath and a guided body scan meditation to relax and soothe the nervous system.This is combined with deeply restorative poses where we will explore sound healing and poetry. This class is taught from a trauma informed lens and is 75 minutes long. No yoga or meditation experience required.

We begin with breath and meditation. Gentle warming movements naturally unfold into supported restorative poses. This practice creates ease, body balance, calm, peace, and inner stillness that naturally leads to mindfulness, and is great for reducing anxiety and stress while improving digestion and sleep. Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep - that blissful state between sleep and awake) is sometimes incorporated. Great for all levels, 60-75 mins.
