Great Cardio workout and the ultimate workout when paired with Strength classes. Cycle classes at Flow are both inspired by the energy of the group, and focused on getting you stronger, leaner and more effective on your bike and in life. Flow Cycle emphasizes inspired intensity and mindful awareness. We teach you to really understand, feel, and embody different intensity levels and training methods [an outside brain (computer) can be helpful at times, but advanced awareness inspires ideal intensity].

We begin with breath and meditation. Gentle warming movements naturally unfold into supported restorative poses. This practice creates ease, body balance, calm, peace, and inner stillness that naturally leads to mindfulness, and is great for reducing anxiety and stress while improving digestion and sleep. Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep - that blissful state between sleep and awake) is sometimes incorporated. Great for all levels, 60-75 mins.
