CommUNITY Free Flow Yoga Class
1 hour with Dolly Brandt
This co-taught Free Flow class is an offering to the community ~ a donation-based Vinyasa Flow class taught by two RYT200 certified apprentice teachers. This 60 minute class is great for all levels and is beginner friendly. This class is a commitment to Seva (selfless service) and community outreach. All monies donated go to Flow's community outreach program. Come support your body, mind, heart, and our community! Please help us spread the word to your friends and family for whom quality yoga guidance may be limited for them due to finances--you can attend as a Flow member or donate what you can, if you can.
